  • S: Single track/compact type, suitable for small PCBs, space-saving
  • C: Compact design, optimized body width, suitable for production line layout
  • III: 3rd Gen models, equipped with high-speed heads (e.g., H24, H24A), significantly improved precision and productivity

  • Special Purpose: NXT - H (Wafer/Flip Chip Mounting), NXT IIIc (Custom Compact Type)
  • Upgraded Model: NXTR (Subsequent upgrade platform of NXT series, continuing the modular concept)
