· NG Buffer: Equipped with Panasonic PLC and Keyence inductive sensors, it is specially designed for the back-end of AOI/SPI testing equipment to automatically store defective PCBs. Supports PCBs with a maximum size of 535×460mm, with flexibly adjustable board storage capacity. Separates NG/OK boards through double-layer tracks to avoid production line downtime, with a classification accuracy rate of 99.99%.
· Buffer Storage Machine: Built-in intelligent buffer algorithm to dynamically adjust buffer capacity, with a maximum capacity of 200 PCBs. Equipped with static elimination device and precise positioning system, it ensures continuous process when production line equipment is switched or detection abnormalities occur, with a processing efficiency of 1200 boards per hour, compatible with various SMT production rhythm requirements.
